How we work

From estimate to handover.

Five steps, the same on every job.

  1. Free estimate, on site or from plans

    New construction or remodel, we walk the job with you or work from the architect’s drawings, and give you a detailed written estimate at no charge.

  2. Contract and terms

    We go through the estimate with you line by line, agree on scope, schedule and payment terms, and put it all in a written contract before work starts. Any change along the way is priced and agreed with you first.

  3. Weekly progress updates

    Every week you get an update: what was done, what comes next, and any decisions we need from you.

  4. Daily quality control

    An on-site supervisor checks the work every day to keep the project running smoothly.

  5. Project handover

    We walk the finished work with you, close every item on the punch list and hand the project over complete.
